Our Policies

1. SCHEDULING. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your preferred date and time. We will try our best to accommodate shorter notices but cannot guarantee it. Call us at (323) 988-0588 or email us at doug@dhkphoto.com for scheduling.

2. CANCELLATION. If rescheduling or cancellation is necessary, please give us at least 24 hours notice. We will make every effort to accommodate the change.

3. PAYMENT. Full payment is due at the time of the photo shoot or before. We accept cash, check, or money order. We can also accept Paypal and most major credit cards via our website.

4. PROPERTY CONDITION. All properties will be photographed “AS IS”. Any staging, decorating, cleaning, and/or rearranging of furniture must be completed prior to the photo shoot.

5. USAGE. All photographs produced for an agent or broker (“Client”), may be used by that Client for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the sale of the property and for the Client’s self promotion. The photographs may also be used by the Client’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed. Use of the photographs by any third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, remodelers, sellers or buyers, for commercial use is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by Douglas H. Kim Photography. Photographs may be released to buyer or seller for personal and non-commercial use.

6. COPYRIGHT. All rights not expressly granted are reserved to Douglas H. Kim Photography, including but not limited to all copyrights and ownership rights in the photographs. Client shall not modify directly or indirectly any of the photographic materials by any process now in existence or which may come into being in the future, without the express, written consent of Douglas H. Kim Photography.
