Why should I hire a professional photographer when I can take the photos myself?

To produce high quality photographs of the property, you’ll need:
  • To spend thousands of dollars on digital camera equipment, lenses, lighting equipment, a faster computer, photo software, and a slew of accessories
  • Days of learning the techniques and other skills to operate and maintain the photographic equipment and various software
  • Hours to labor over the actual photo shoot
  • Hours to process, retouch, and correct hundreds of images after the shoot
Or, you can allocate a few hundred dollars in your marketing budget and let us do this for you.

What services do you provide?

We provide professional photography services, including high quality photographs, custom designed flyers, and, soon, single property websites. We tailor our services to clients such as real estate agents, developers, architects, interior designers, and anyone who needs photographic services in a real estate matter.

What does the photo shoot entail?

The photo shoot is simple.
  1. Contact us either via email or phone and schedule a shoot.
  2. We’ll come to the property and photograph the exterior, the interior, landscaping, and any other features that you would like us to capture.
  3. Send us via email your headshot, office logo, description of the property, and anything else you want us to include in the flyer.
  4. You’ll receive an email within 48 hours with a link to download the photos and a custom-designed flyer in PDF format.
When do I need to pay you?

You can pay us before the shoot by using our website. Or you can give us a check at the time of the shoot.

Do I need to be present at the property during the photo shoot?

Yes. We don’t know the property like you do. You’ll need to tell us if we should photograph any special features of the property in addition to the basics like the kitchen, the living room, etc. However, you don’t have to be present for the entire shoot.

How long will the photo shoot take?

A typical photo shoot takes about 2 to 4 hours depending on the property. We don’t rush to photograph the property as fast as we can. We make sure it is done properly. This is why we don’t charge an hourly rate.

When will I get the photos?

The photos will be ready in 48 hours. Rushes are available if you need them sooner.

Can I get the photos on a CD?

We think delivering the photos electronically is ideal. It’s fast and easy. However, if you prefer a CD, we would be happy to oblige. We’ll just need to charge $25.

Who owns the copyright of the photos?

the copyright belongs to the creator of the photographs. As such, we retain all rights of the photographs, but, in turn, we are granting you, our client, the license for full usage in marketing the property. This usage is non-transferable, meaning you can not give or sell the photographs to another agent or entity without our express permission. For the full terms and condition, click here.

Can you make a flyer for me?

Sure. As an introductory offer, we are including a custom design of a flyer for free. We will send you a PDF version that you can print yourself.

Do you offer custom single property websites?

Do you offer 360-degree virtual tours?

No. Here’s why:
  • According to a National Association of Realtors survey, 83% found still photographs useful as opposed to 60% for virtual tours. So, the additional cost of virtual tours is not a good investment for your marketing dollars.
  • 360-degree virtual tours are large files and take longer to load on websites. These delays turn viewers off, and they are likely to lose interest fast.
  • 360-degree virtual tours present a very distorted view. It doesn’t represent the scene accurately and only causes nausea from dizzying panning.
